| The challenges were unique with high cost of land and multiple stake holders with varied expectations. The effective land usage became critical because of its highly irregular profile. With these limitations, we synergized our design with the developer’s interest of enhancing revenues altering the product mix with a mix of low raised gated community and five storied apartments. |
